What is FebFast?
After the December/January holiday season, thousands of individuals take a 28-day break from alcohol, junk food, sugar, smoking, and/or social media in order to support young people who are struggling with alcohol and other substance-related issues.

Tell others you will be giving up alcohol, sugar, or a personal vice and why
Team up with a buddy to do FebFast!
Identify your goals and reasons for participating in FebFast
Remove any temptations in your house/space
Find alternatives to drinking
Don’t stop if you slip up
