Take a stand with youth around the world who are dealing with alcohol or other substances-related issues by giving up sugar, alcohol or a personal vice.


What is FebFast?

After the December/January holiday season, thousands of individuals take a 28-day break from alcohol, junk food, sugar, smoking, and/or social media in order to support young people who are struggling with alcohol and other substance-related issues.


How to prepare for FebFast

  • Tell others you will be giving up alcohol, sugar, or a personal vice and why

  • Team up with a buddy to do FebFast!

  • Identify your goals and reasons for participating in FebFast

  • Remove any temptations in your house/space

  • Find alternatives to drinking

  • Don’t stop if you slip up

  • Consider the benefits

What are the benefits?

  • Improved sleep

  • Save money

  • Lower blood pressure

  • Higher productivity

  • Lose weight

  • Feel healthier

  • Create a healthier habit

  • Challenge your friends/family/colleagues

  • Feel good and do good too
